The old Bremermann House on Broadway is being razed to make way for a new building for First Federal Savings and Loan Association. The structure, long a landmark beside the post office, is seen looking from the back yard toward the Marquette Hotel with a corner of the post office at the left. The lot will be graded down to street level from Broadway to Themis. Several other buildings also are being removed to make way for the new building and accompanying parking lot. (G.D.
