Local Girl Scout troop earns Silver AwardThree girls from Cape Girardeau Girl Scout troop 70027 earned their Silver Award by building 10 raised dog cots, 2 agility jumps, and a set of weaving poles out of pvc pipes last summer. Tilsit 4H ClubMembers of the Tilsit 4-H Club made and delivered 28 weighted blankets and 33 lap pads to a local school district and to the Easter Seals office at Southeast Missouri State University to help autistic children in our area.
