Maple UMC to hold annual holiday bazaar Saturday

Maple United Methodist Church, corner of Cape Rock and Jean Ann Drive, will hold it's annual Holiday Bazaar Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Pictures with Santa may be purchased starting at 10 a.m. and will be put on a CD. Hand crafted items include comfy quilts, baby items, aprons, holiday wreaths, holiday arrangements, scrumptious home baked goods and candies,a large room of Christmas New to You items; a tempting silent auction with 20 items that include 2 hours "geek" time with a professional computer "geek;" also bid on an opportunity to have a web page set up for you; an autographed baseball from Whitey Herzog, tickets to Holiday World Indiana, hotel stays, etc. Also to be featured is kettle corn, and, weather permiting, smoked pork butts and chicken by the Methodist Men. A Mom and Pops Kitchen will be open for breakfast and lunch, featuring biscuits and gravy, hot homemade cinnamon buns, vegetable soup, chili and homemade pies. Good food, good fellowship and good fun. Visit and see old friends and find unique gifts and special items at Maple UMC where friends become family.
