Enforcing drug laws

It was our Founding Fathers' intent that the states be more powerful than the federal government. Powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the states or the people. No where in the Constitution does it state the federal government wage the war on drugs. It is up to the states to enforce drug laws. Bob Parker is firmly against legalizing drugs and has never stated otherwise. At a meeting in Poplar Bluff, Mo., he simply answered this question in a constitutional manner. Team Emerson has taken his statement out of context for political gain. It shows they are desperate and grasping at straws. Bob Parker will gladly debate Jo Ann on this subject or any other. Bob's first priority will be to undo the damage done to this country, which Mrs. Emerson has been a great part of. The challenge still stands for a debate. Pull a Republican ballot Aug. 7 and vote for Bob Parker!
