SEMO student hospitalized after falling from building Thursday

A Southeast Missouri State University student was hospitalized after falling from a campus residential hall building late Thursday. Department of Public Safety director Doug Richards said the male student was attempting to retrieve a frisbee on a second floor canopy before falling backwards from Building K at 10:27 p.m. The student remains hospitalized with a broken arm. Richards said an accident investigation continues.
