Handicapped needs not being met

To the editor:

My shower chair wore out, and now I'll never get another shower chair all because of Gov. Matt Blunt. That tells me that he's not for handicapped persons at all. I also reckon he thinks all crippled people are rich too. He needs to come up with a way for people like us to get the medical supplies we need.
