The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Jamie N. Brockway, 20, of 215 N. East Main, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Dexter warrant for failure to appear.

Amy J. Ayers, 23, of 1018 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.

Sherry A. Pollard, 26, of 2818 Independence, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.

Phalon N. Miller, 17, of 1227 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.

David E. Midgett, 34, of 14231 County Road 517 Dexter, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Richard A. Brockway, 22, of 215 N. East Main, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Russell D. Harris, 55, of 204 Day, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Danny D. Hayes, 36, of 702 N. Hickory, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

Norman B. Tuggle, 69, of 3916 Granite, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for a leash law violation.

Christopher B. Ford, 21, of 606 S. Silver Springs, Apt. 7, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for fleeing lawful detention.Assaults

Kirk D. Thompson, 37, of 429 Elmwood, Joliet, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Clarence E. Smith, 35, of 1024 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Thefts

A CD player, speaker box and amplifiers were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Monday at 921 Hackberry.

A CD player and subwoofers were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Monday at 909 Hackberry.

A shotgun, CD player, amplifier, and CDs were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Monday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

A Missouri license plate, 792-FST, was reported stolen Monday at 605 Locust.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at at 2222 Bloomfield.

A CD player was reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Monday at 610 Lafayette.

CDs, speakers, amplifiers, a CD player, a flashlight and a capacitor for an amplifier were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Tuesday at 2500 Spartech.

CDs were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken Tuesday at 45 S. West End Boulevard.

Cash was reported stolen Tuesday by Dairy Queen at 913 Broadway.Burglary

Cash and checks were reported stolen during a burglary Monday at EZ Express at 205 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

A backhoe was reported damaged Monday at College and Henderson.

A window was reported damaged Monday at 241 S. Sprigg.

A window was reported broken Tuesday at 509 Morgan Oak.Miscellaneous

A red 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix was towed Monday from 1209 Forrest.

A white 1988 Olds Regency was towed Monday from 131 S. Louisiana.

A 15-year-old female runaway was recovered and cited to juvenile court Monday.

A black 1991 Chevy Caprice was towed Monday from the 700 block of South Sprigg.

A wallet and its contents were reported found Monday at 1707 N. Mount Auburn.

A gray 1988 Chevy Cavalier was towed Tuesday from the 1500 block of North Sprigg.
