The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Christopher W. Stewart, 25, of 207 Lillian, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.Arrests

Christian Nemiah Harris, 30, of 421 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Herman Jamal Gardner, 23, of 303 Ashley drive, and Jose Maciel, 44, of North Dakota, were arrested Monday on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

Sherron Melissa Minor, 18, of 515 Elm, Mounds City, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing and making a false declaration.

Tracy Lynn Roberts, 28, of 821 William, Apt. 6, was arrested Monday on a warrant.

Summonses Virginia Evelyn Feverston, 608 W. Highland, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of failure to yield.

Albert Norman Wulfers, 645 S. Spring, Apt. A, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of failure to yield.

Alejandra Lara, 103 N. Clark, Apt. 202, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and no proof of insurance.

Assaults

A domestic assault was reported Sunday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

A 15-year-old male juvenile was cited to juvenile court Sunday for assault.

Thefts

A white 2001 Ford Focus was reported stolen Sunday from Ford Groves, 1501 S. Kingshighway.

Cameras, jewelry and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Sunday from Dollar General, 716 Broadway. A 12-year-old female juvenile and 13-year-old female juvenile were cited to juvenile court on the complaint.

Clothing was reported stolen Sunday from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall. An 11-year-old female juvenile, a 14-year-old female juvenile and a 15-year-old female juvenile were cited to juvenile court on the complaint. A suspect was also in custody pending filing of formal charges on the complaint.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Sunday from Smokers Outlet, 2116 William.

CDs, a cell phone and a CD case were reported stolen Sunday from 1501 Jane.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Dr.

A CD player, CDs and CD case were reported stolen Monday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar Dr.

Burglary

Dexter BBQ reported cash stolen Monday at 236 S. Broadview.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 615 Lafayette.

Vehicle windows were reported broken Monday at 27 S. Henderson.

Miscellaneous

Identity theft was reported Sunday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

A brown Chevy Caprice was towed Monday from the 600 block of Bellevue.

A 15-year-old female juvenile was reported as a runaway Monday.Jackson

Jordi R. Morris, 17, of 5206 State Hwy. V, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while suspended and speeding.

Theft

A motor vehicle was reported stolen Friday in the 2300 block of St. Andrew's Court.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday in the 100 block of W. Jackson Blvd.Property damage

Windows were reported damaged Friday in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Property damage was reported Saturday in the 100 block of S. Russell.

Miscellaneous

Fraud was reported Friday in the 200 block of N. Missouri St.

Telephone harassment was reported Friday in the 600 block of N. Maryland St.

A nuisance violation was reported Friday in the 400 block of N. Farmington.

A peace disturbance was reported Friday in the 100 block of Tracy.

A peace disturbance was reported Sunday in the 100 block of S. Hope St.

A peace disturbance was reported Friday in the 800 block of N. Farmington.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 100 block of S. Hope St.

A peace disturbance was reported Sunday on W. Washington.

A peace disturbance was reported Friday on Greensferry Road.
