MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Angela Diane Self and James Dennis Goodwin exchanged vows Aug. 24, 2002, at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo. The Rev. Bill Huggins performed the ceremony. Mary Jansen was organist. Vocalists were Eva Dunn, Teri Rose, Ashley Allmon, Lindsey Allmon and Beverly Johnson.
Parents of the bride are Victor and Diane Self of Marble Hill. The groom is the son of Dennis and Karen Goodwin of Quincy, Ill., and Carol Goodwin of Cape Girardeau.
Holly Self was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Johnson, Jessica Conrad, Jenny Thele and Chelsea McCormick.
Best man was John Shelton. Groomsmen were Jamie Shelton, Travis Elfrink, Matt Underwood and Brad Thele. Ushers and candlelighters were Kent McCormick and Luke Johnson.
Ringbearer was Connor Goodwin, son of the couple.
Jenna Greer attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Leopold. Servers were Theresa Elfrink, Carol Counts, Karla Davis, Nettie Surface, Dorothy Elfrink and Ann Hahn.
The bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 23 at the KC Hall.
Mrs. Goodwin attended Stage One the Hair School. She owns Self Image Hair and Tanning Salon in Marble Hill.
The groom is a rehabilitation technician at Home Medical Supply.
After a wedding trip to Tunica, Miss., the couple resides in Jackson, Mo.
