DWI Jeffrey A. Staples of Bridgeton, Mo., was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while intoxicated at Broadway and Lorimier.
Ronald W. Swink of the 500 block of Washington was arrested Saturday on a charge of driving while intoxicated at Independence and West End.
Arrests Adrian Marcellus Driver, 36, of 903 Ranney was arrested Friday at 30 S. Park on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for assault.
Vernon Lee Norfolk, 27, of 426 Bellevue, Apt. 2, was arrested Friday at Independence and Clark on a probation violation warrant from Macon County, a warrant from Blue Springs, Mo., for failure to appear in court and a Perry County warrant for driving with a revoked license.
Samuel A. Below of Delta, Mo., was arrested Friday on Broadview on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear in court on a bad checks charge.
A person was taken into custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for an ex parte violation.
Robert Joseph Pemberton, 19, of Grayridge, Mo., was arrested Saturday in Poplar Bluff, Mo., on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
A person was in custody pending the filing of formal charges on Saturday for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, trafficking of crack cocaine and resisting arrest at Morgan Oak and Ellis.
Summonses Shannon M. Adams, 22, of Jackson, Mo., was mailed a summons Friday for failure to pay a sewer tax at 1018 S. Pacific.
Donovan Lee Davis of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to yield and Jerry Eugene Bridges of 224 Independence was issued a summons for operating a vehicle on a permit without adult supervision Friday at Independence and Frederick following a motor vehicle accident.
A summons was issued Friday to Emily Ann Blessing of St. Louis for failure to yield after stopping in connection with an accident at Normal and Sprigg.
Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Friday at Arena Park.
A car and a checkbook were reported stolen on Saturday at 118 N. Pacific.
An assault was reported Friday at 471 Siemers.
An assault and robbery were reported Friday in the 500 block of North Fountain.
An assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported Friday at 735 William, Apt. 4.
A domestic assault was reported Saturday at 2023 Independence.
