DWIJohn Willet, 27, of Union City, Tenn., was arrested for driving while intoxicated at Highway 74 and South Sprigg.

ArrestsKimberly Burford, 27, of Benton, Mo. was arrested Thursday for burglary/assault, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture meth.

James Stone, 23, of Advance, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a state warrant for a probation violation.

Tiana Fleming, 17, of 1004 Maple was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.

Brenda Banks, 44, of Haywood City, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for contempt of court.

Brittney Slinkard, 17, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested Friday for telephone harassment.

SummonsKathleen Dougherty, 19, of 2037 Kevin was issued a summons Friday for minor in possession of alcohol.

Mary Richards, 18, of 1813 Greenbriar was issued a summons Friday for unlawful use of a license.

Maurice Patterson, 31, of 915 S. Pacific was issued a summons Thursday for property damage.
