ArrestsMelissa Jones, 32, of 102 Ross, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday for possession of ephedrine with the intent to manufacture.

David Eaves, 35, of 102 Ross, Sikeston, was arrested Tuesday for possession of ephedrine with the intent to manufacture and for driving while revoked.

John Chandler III, 31, of 177 Grandview in Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court and two state warrants for failure to appear in court.

Michael Buhse, 21, of 849 N. Ginger Wood Court, Manchester, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Alecia Rayechelle, 17, of 2812 Independence Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday for tampering, unlicensed driver, child restraint violations and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Jennifer Clark, 22, of 310 Helen, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

SummonsDaniel Ray Fultz, 19, of 1027 N Kingshighway Lot 38, was issued a summons Tuesday for assault.

BurglaryA cash register, cash, flowers and candles were reported stolen Wednesday at Toni's Flower Shop, 41 S. Sprigg St.

TheftRoofing material and labor was reported stolen by deceit Tuesday at 118 N. Ellis.

License plates were reported stolen from 224 S. Spanish

A purse and contents were reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Cigarettes were reported stolen Tuesday at the Discount Smoke Shop at 340 S. Sprigg.

Failure to return rental property was reported Tuesday by Rent One.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 1531 New Madrid.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at Amoco D-Mart, 3276 William.

Property damageA vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 1829 S. Thilenius.

A mailbox was reported damaged Wednesday at Notre Dame High School.

Damage was reported Tuesday at Arena Park.

MiscellaneousMissouri license plate 190EJH was reported lost Wednesday.

A 35-year-old male was taken into protective custody Wednesday.
