Clearwater Lake: 62 degrees, high, murky; catfish fair on worms; all other species slow.

Council Bluff: 66 degrees, normal, murky; channel catfish fair; all other species slow.

Duck Creek: 73 degrees, normal, clear; bluegill & largemouth bass fair.

Lake Girardeau: 73 degrees, high, clear; bluegill fair on crickets & worms; all other species slow.

Wappapello: falling, largemouth bass slow & crappie slow; bluegill fair on crickets; channel catfish fair on worms; recorded lake level and other information is available by calling the Wappapello Lake information hotline at 222-8139; this information is updated daily by 10 a.m.

RIVERS

Black River (near Annapolis): 67 degrees, high, clear; smallmouth bass & rock bass good on worms, tube baits & jigs; all other species slow.

Mississippi (below Charleston): high, muddy; all species slow.
