Cape man pleads guilty to manufacturing meth

Teddy N. Jones, 32, of Cape Girardeau, entered a plea of guilty Wednesday to one felony count of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine. He appeared before U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber.
