Kelly M. Steska and Jeffrey A. Myers exchanged vows Aug. 25, 2001, at La Croix United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ron Watts performed the double ring ceremony. Pianist was Chris Nall of Cape Girardeau. Vocalists were Chris Nall and Jeffrey Myers.
Daniel and Sarah Steska of Cape Girardeau are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Saundra Myers of Cape Girardeau, and the late Edward Myers.
Matron of honor was Amy Bentinganan of Jefferson City, Mo., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Melissa Myers and Heather Sebaugh of Cape Girardeau, and Jennifer Hale of Fredericktown, Mo.
Jesse Myers of Cape Girardeau served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Dan Seabaugh, Josh Smart and Josh McIntosh, all of Cape Girardeau. Ushers and candlelighters were Michael Steska, brother of the bride, and Vincent Bentinganan, brother-in-law of the bride.
Flower girl was Natalia Crump, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Crump of Perryville, Mo. Ringbearer was Sean Gallagher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gallagher of St. Louis.
Tabatha Storz attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the Royal N'Orleans Restaurant.
The groom's mother and aunt, Laura Belg, hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 24 at the Rose of Broadway.
Mrs. Myers is a graduate of Arcadia Valley High School, and is majoring in mass communication at Southeast Missouri State University.
The groom is a graduate of Central High School, and is majoring in psychology at Southeast University.
After a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
