Terry Ray Greable, 23, 827 Jefferson, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear.

Roy Lee Jones, 24, 1181 Bertling, was arrested Wednesday on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant.

Dawayne Edward Phoenix, 39, 324 S. Hanover, was arrested Wednesday for probation violation.

James Edward Dalton, 35, 902 Jefferson, was arrested Wednesday for parole violation.

Travis Joe Moore, 29, 315 Good Hope, was arrested Wednesday for fleeing a lawful detention, resisting arrest, driving while revoked and careless driving.

Tiwana Marie Donahue, 46, 221 S. Ellis, was arrested Wednesday for stealing.
