DWIBrian Keith Vogel, 33, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested Friday for driving while intoxicated at 400 Morgan Oak. He also was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
ArrestsPaul Steven Watts, 39, of 430 Broadway was arrested Friday at Capaha Park for violating the park curfew.
Julius Frazier, 23, of 1413 William St. was arrested Friday on a Mississippi County warrant for forgery.
