Local Pop Artist Jimmy Gockel artwork featured at Paris Art Fair.

PAKS Gallery Curator Heinz Playner shows artwork of Jimmy Gockel at the Carrousel du Louvre, Paris Art Fair.

Jimmy Gockel of Cape Girardeau has announced that his painting, Dali, was recently on display with PAKS Gallery International at the Carrousel du Louvre Art Fair Paris October 22-24, 2021. The Modern Art Masters Art Fair in Paris is one of the most prestigious art exhibitions in the world with people from 50 different countries attending. Jimmy Gockel, a retiree of the US Air Force and Gulf War veteran, has only been painting 5 short years. Nevertheless, he has had numerous successes in his career and has been featured in over 30 art magazine publications and books. His artwork has been on display in over 50 national and international exhibitions to include, New York, Miami, London, Barcelona, Spain, Zurich, Switzerland and Paris, France. Although Jimmy could not attend the Paris exhibition his son Willem Van Arkel, from the Netherlands, stood in his place.

Jimmy said " I am extremely honored to have my painting shown at such a prestigious event as the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris and am grateful to PAKS Gallery in helping me share my artwork with the world."
