LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: CHILDREN NEED LOVE, JUST LIKE THE REST OF US

To the editor:

Children are very creative, They have a strong imagination. They fill the air with enthusiasm. Above all, they are truthful.

When Lisa Limbaugh, wife of columnist David Limbaugh, visits me with her three precious children, my day is complete as well as the day for people at the Lutheran Home. When the 1-year-old runs happily down the hall, entering a room occasionally, much joy is immediately seen on the faces of everyone.

Five-year-old Courtney Limbaugh has developed a strong liking and desire for arts. Her strong imagination is the result of her many colorful drawings. Her joy of the arts appears vivid.

Seven-year-old Kristen Limbaugh shows promise of becoming a writer. Her often interesting messages show skill. I delight in reading them.

Children quickly grow to adulthood. Enjoy them while you can. My heart goes out to the many children who are often abused. Remember, you were once a child yourself. Every child likes to be loved. And so do I.
