Dutch Enterprises in Jackson has supplied Southeast Missouri with plumbing, heating and air conditioning services since 1962.

Dutch Enterprises, a local plumbing, heating and air conditioning company since 1962, was recently awarded the 2019 President's Award from Carrier, recognizing the company as an outstanding dealer in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. Chris Janet, director of sales, accepted the award in Huntington Beach, California.

"The 2019 Carrier President's Award winners are true ambassadors of our industry who demonstrate excellence in providing customers with outstanding service day in and day out," says Matthew Pine, president, Residential HVAC, Carrier. "This award further establishes these companies as leaders in their communities."

In addition to residential services, the company offers commercial HVAC, plumbing and sewer services, as well as maintenance plans that help businesses maximize energy efficiency and equipment lifespan, reducing operating costs.

Commercial services available with Dutch Enterprises include:

* HVAC maintenance plans

* HVAC service and replacement

* Plumbing and sewer services

* Design and build services (HVAC and plumbing)

* Plan and spec services (HVAC and plumbing)

Through offerings of same-day service, after-hours service, outstanding service provided by professional technicians and an office staffed with quality service representatives, it's clear why Dutch Enterprises was honored for operational excellence.

"Our mission is to 'get customers and keep customers,'" Janet says. "Once we get a new customer, we must do everything in our power to provide them with a high level of quality in the service that we provide to them."
