St. Paul Lutheran School Celebrates the “Week of the Young Child”

Mayor Hahs (City of Jackson) issues a proclamation declaring April 15-20, 2018 the “Week of the Young Child.”

St. Paul Lutheran School, in Jackson, celebrated the “Week of the Young Child” April 15-20, 2018. Special activities were planned for the preschool and kindergarten students each day of the week!

Singing Sunday; The preschool & kindergarten students sang in a worship service. Pinwheels were distributed to all children!

Music Monday; Jack Hartmann, a world known children’s songwriter/singer/performer presented a free family concert in which the community was invited to attend.

Tuesday Tunes; Jack Hartmann performed a special concert for St. Paul preschoolers - 3rd graders.

Work Together Wednesday; Students worked together to create a huge mural!

Read & Write Thursday; Tim Wesemann, a published Christian children’s author, visited with the early childhood students.

Fitness Friday; Preschool and kindergarten students enjoyed special fitness activities in the gym.
