Former Missouri lawmaker fighting campaign violation costs

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- A former state lawmaker's attorney argued to Missouri Supreme Court judges Tuesday the former candidate shouldn't have to pay $230,000 for alleged campaign finance violations.
