What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?

I am involved in our community as a park board member, member of the Chaffee Youth League and vice-president of the Chaffee Booster Club. My involvement has given me the opportunity to work with other members for the betterment of our youth and community. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and be a team player through these organizations.

What do you see as the opportunities and challenges in the district?

Communication. I will serve as a direct link between our school system, teachers, parents and the community to ensure the proper education and fair treatment of each individual student, parent and employee.

What are your thoughts on the proposed debt service tax levy?

Investing in our community is a long term benefit for all.

How will you communicate your work to your constituents?

In order to effectively communicate, you must first be a good listener. My choice method of communication is face-to-face.

What are the factors on which you will base your decisions as a school board member?

I will base my decisions solely on what is in the best interest of our students, faculty and our community.
