Eight years as Councilman Ward 1 Chaffee.

What is the most important issue facing Chaffee? What can be done about it?

The storm water issues facing the city. Revamp the existing ditches and replace culverts that have been removed or damaged over the years. And work with citizens to make them aware of issues they may have on their property.

The streets in Chaffee are also in need of repair or repaving. As I am on the city council now I know that we have implemented a fund for street improvements.

What in your background or education makes you qualified for this office?

I have held positions that required working with multiple agencies and doing multiple task at the same time. I have use the information that I obtain in grant writing to help secure a MODOT grant for new sidewalks in Chaffee.

What infrastructure improvements would you like to see?

The sewer system and street improvements. We have completed our water project and we are continuing on with the waste water project. My goal is that when the sewer project finishes we concentrate on the streets by making repairs and repaving.
