Be especially careful on the roads tonight

Many young people will be outside tonight trick-or-treating, some in dark costumes. If that's you or your kids, be careful crossing streets and approaching homes. If you're driving, be especially careful. It's always wise to be alert to pedestrians, but in many neighborhoods this evening, there will be more than usual. It's a good time to slow down and be mindful of those on the side of the road.
