What are the major challenges facing Scott County government and what steps should be taken to address them?

We are losing businesses, jobs and revenue causing cutbacks and decreased services.

A New vision is needed!

We must change course and promote our county, our great citizens and assets. These assets must be marketed in a better way. Agriculture is a major economic asset in our economy.

My plan for Business Incubator Startup Programs and Incentives will create new jobs, more citizen income, and ultimately more revenue for our county.

WITHOUT RASING TAXES.

What do you see as the county commission's role in economic development in Scott County?

The Commission should Lead The Way providing assistance and resources to facilitate growth in developing new businesses. The county Will grow exponentially with better ideas and new plans. My Business Incubator Plan Will bring new startup businesses to accent all the wonderful assets of our county.

More growth means more jobs, more income for residents, a better quality of life, better living standards and more revenue for the county WITHOUT RAISING TAXES!

What in your background or education would help you serve as county commissioner?

As a Retired Successful Business Owner and former Sikeston City Council Member, I have many business management skills and certifications.

My Missouri Municipal League classes for my continuing education will allow me to be the First Certified Municipal Official in Sikeston. My governmental regulation training will benefit the commission too.

I have been President of and Chaired many boards giving me experience managing people and issues.

I will seek God for His Guidance.
