MerchEntice: Summer fashion doesn't require much energy or money

Hey! Hey! It's hot, right? Most of us don't have the option of lounging around poolside on the daily, so we find ourselves making decisions that can offer some hope of arriving on site without sliding around in our new wedges and sweating off our MAC. It's bad enough that most of us are held hostage inside all day; the last thing we want is to be held hostage inside our clothes, too. After all, if the walk from the car to the office is my only chance at a tan, I'm taking it. But I'm sure you, like me, want to look like you put a little more thought into your outfit than just the safety that a basic tank offers. How about a spin (literally) on the racerback tank to take the predictability out of your summer wardrobe?

Racerback fronts are a fantastic way to show a little skin, some sass and a silhouette that flatters the shoulders beautifully, giving the illusion that you spent all winter in the gym instead of clicking "Next episode" on Netflix. Want a tip to get the look for less? Just try wearing one of your racerbacks backward. As long as the tag isn't obvious, you're good to go!

Now, while we may want the sun on our face, we don't much care to have it in our eyes (you know, because all that squinting causes wrinkles). If you're looking to break away from the aviators we've seen the last few seasons, I'd like to suggest the new "steampunk style." We haven't seen perfectly round frames around much since John Lennon and Jackie O, and I'm happy to see them make their new debut with a little edge.
