Congress sends Obama bill to regulate toxic chemicals

WASHINGTON -- Congress on Tuesday sent President Barack Obama a sweeping bill that would for the first time regulate tens of thousands of toxic chemicals in everyday products, from household cleaners to clothing and furniture.
