What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?

Have worked all adult life in the general and professional public. Have served on numerous committees including capital equipment, personnel and policy and procedures . Have always encouraged people to strive to perform to their fullest potential. I am willing to spend the time and energy to perform to enhance the performance of the district to its fullest potential. Excellent at conflict resolution. Enjoy working with people of all ages.

What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing your school district?

School districts are operating with with limited funds, but are required to perform to their greatest optimal outcomes. I constantly observe educators utilizing their personal funds to provide for their students.Will perform to obtain sufficient monies to the school systems to enable districts to provide the necessary equipment and supplies in the educators hands to provide a optimal learning experience. Providing a well rounded educational experience.Encouraging students to think beyond the obvious answer.

If elected, do you have any plans for improving the school district?

Will work with state legislators to provide increased and sufficient funds to the school district. I believe in a well rounded education including both classroom, hands-on and physical education. These students are the most important asset a community has to offer. We are challenged to offer them best possible outcome. We must encourage students students to develop their individual talents they possess such as higher education, trade school, self employment etc.
