EPA orders barrier for nuclear waste at Missouri landfill

ST. LOUIS -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday ordered installation of an isolation barrier to make sure an underground fire does not reach buried nuclear waste at a suburban St. Louis landfill.
