Visitor thankful for help

I am writing to thank two of your visitors bureau ladies for work above and beyond the call of welcoming guests to your city. My sister and I stopped along the riverfront on a boat cruise down the river. My personal luggage had been "misplaced" on the boat, and I badly needed some items to replace lost ones. Ms. Mary Sheehan and Ms. Reida Baker went right to work and, by the kindness of these two ladies, our trip turned out quite nicer than it was.

We were able to enjoy some of your fine historical sites. Only wish it had been a longer stay.

Thanks again to Ms. Sheehan and Ms. Baker.
