Culligan helps raise money for Haitian orphans
Sunday, September 27, 2015
The Cape Girardeau and St. Louis area Culligan dealers partnered with former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Kyle McClellan to raise money for a drinking water system at an orphanage in Haiti. The dealers donated $10,103 to McClellan's not-for-profit, Brace for Impact 46. The project has provided a medical center, four water systems and more than 300 latrines. Culligan Cape Girardeau Co-op President Cindy Heuer said, "We're so grateful for the Culligan customers who contributed. Not only did they improve their own water, but they also helped to improve these children's water."
