Law groups seek child sexual abuse amendment

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Missouri law enforcement groups are teaming up in support of a proposed constitutional amendment they said Tuesday could make it easier to gain convictions or guilty pleas in child sexual abuse cases.
