On a beautiful summertime morning, my radio-controlled sailplane, "Bird of Time" pulls through a loop way up high over the hay fields.

It's powered to altitude by a vintage Cox .15 'Medallion' engine, using an ounce of two-stroke fuel that runs it for 4-5 minutes.

It's GoPro camera is mounted on a camera boom, made from a fiber arrow shaft, and can be rotated in flight. The photo is a single frame, captured from the camera's video card.
