Humane Society gives out free spay/neuter vouchers

Jeanne Seeton receives her free neuter voucher from Kelley McGowan with the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at the Salvation Army in Cape Girardeau. People waited in line for two hours to receive one of 200 vouchers for a free spay or neuter from the Humane Society. Seeton drove from Advance, Mo. for a voucher to neuter her chiweenie, Gute. "It's a good deal. I would have driven twice as far for this," Seeton said. "I want my pet neutered."
