Mo. legislative black caucus chairwoman resigns

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Democratic chairwoman of the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus said Friday she decided to step down because of tension in the group about her appearance with the state's Republican lieutenant governor.
