Cape Girardeau Main Street Photo Makes Top 5 in National Contest

As part of this year's "Go Local for the Holidays" campaign, the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America) is hosting a Facebook Contest to find the best decorated Main Street in America. Community banks were asked to submit photos of their Main Street communities decked out for the holidays.

The Bank of Missouri submitted this photo of downtown Cape Girardeau on Main Street to the contest. The photo was taken by bank associate Chad Johnson. The five most creative and festive photos were chosen and displayed on the ICBA's Facebook page on Monday, December 16 and The Bank of Missouri's photo was one of these five!

The photo with the most likes will win a $300 donation to a local charity in their area. If The Bank of Missouri wins, they will be donating all of the money to Old Town Cape. Voting ends on Friday, Dec. 20 at 9 a.m. EST with the winner being announced that afternoon.
