Nabors - Davis

Amanda Marie Nabors and Trenton Paul Davis were married June 1, 2013, at Deerfield Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Troy Truitt performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dale and Susan Nabors of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Trudy Davis of Jennings, La.

Matron of honor was Jennifer Auer of Jackson, sister of the bride. Maid of honor was Emily Welker of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Amanda Spell of Cape Girardeau; Bethany Davis of Jennings, sister of the groom; Nikki Cochran of San Antonio and Rachel Cook of Cape Girardeau. Junior bridesmaids were Julianna Davis of Baton Rouge, La., niece of the groom; and Madalyn Auer of Jackson, niece of the bride.

Bradley Davis of Baton Rouge was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Davis of Cape Girardeau, Justin Wages of Jackson, Benjamin Kimball of Jennings, all cousins of the groom; Alexander and Casey Nabors of Cape Girardeau, brothers of the bride. Ushers were Christopher Davis, cousin of the groom, Andrew Nabors, brother of the bride, both of Jackson; and Nathan Gardner of Oklahoma City, Okla., cousin of the groom.

Flower girls were Jaidyn, Alexis and Avalyn Auer of Jackson, nieces of the bride. Ringbearer was Jonathan Davis of Baton Rouge, nephew of the groom.

The reception was held at Deerfield.

The rehearsal dinner was held May 31 at El Torero.

Mrs. Davis received bachelor of science degrees in nursing and registered nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a registered nurse at Saint Francis Medical Center.

The groom attended Southeast University. He is a department manager at Lowe's Home Improvement.

After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple is residing in Jackson.
