Indifference to privacy rights chided in Mo. report

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Gov. Jay Nixon's administration displayed "indifference to the privacy rights" of Missourians by gathering personal information about driver's license applicants, according to a report Friday from a legislatively appointed panel.
