Best bet: Jackson gets German
Friday, October 11, 2013
This year Jackson honors the area's German heritage with its first Oktoberfest celebration in uptown Jackson from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday. You don't have to be German to celebrate, but feel free to wear lederhosen. There will be plenty of sausage and pretzels and craft beer to wash it down. For more information visit the Uptown Jackson Oktoberfest page on Facebook or call 243-9040.
