CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Eric W. Armstrong, 27, 337 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving through a steady red light, failure to drive on right half of road and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Derrick R. Duncan, 47, 716 N. Sprigg St., No. 203, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tesla S. Kelley, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

* Shaqwana S. Shelby, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 403, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Robert E. Krerowicz, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

* Harper D. Johnson, no age given, 1952 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing, resisting arrest and property damage.

* Mary S. Dressler, no age given, 111 E. Madison St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Blaze M. Stephens, 21, 711 Terrace Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and resisting arrest and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Erica D. Hutson, 34, of Ozark, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Sentrell U. Blackmon, 17, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of loitering and resisting arrest.

* Lisa A. Samonte-Mann, 35, 3042 Patriot Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for forgery.

* Michael A. Stewart, 25, 125 Buffalo Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Brandon W. Mosley, 26, 728 Hickory St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Alexander K. Walker, 29, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 409, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for driving while suspended.

* Shawn N. Dobbs, 36, 921 William St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Ernest D. Watson, 22, 2828 Themis St., No. 7, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Timothy J. Krieger, 27, of St. Mary, Mo., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Telea R. Pullen, no age given, 2106 Sherwood Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Arieanna A. Lee, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Heather A. Buske, no age given, 1080 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene, running a stop sign and no insurance.

* Melissa A. Marra-Seabaugh, no age given, 2108 Nottingham Drive, was issued a summons for improper lane usage.

* Christopher G. Williams, no age given, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for child restraint violation.

* Mary L. Steele, no age given, 418 Sheridan Drive, Apt. C, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Eric W. Armstrong, no age given, 337 N. Ellis St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle and leaving the scene.

Assaults

* Assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A 1993 Tamaha Eriago motorcycle, neon green with flames, was reported stolen at 1111 Themis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1751 Themis St.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

* Two televisions and a camera were reported stolen at 1226 S. Ellis St.

* Cellphones were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A blower and grass trimmer were reported stolen.

* A backpack was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Pacific Street.

* Theft of a wheel and tire and damage to a vehicle were reported at 717 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 128 S. Park Ave.

* A meter box was reported damaged at West End Boulevard and Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping was reported at 41 East Rodney Drive.

* A false declaration was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Illegal dumping was reported.

* Trespassing was reported at 1454 Pemiscot St.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.
