Sweating for the Scouts

Kirk Seesing, 17, works to dismantle the picnic table prior to replacing the wood, Tuesday, July 16, at the Common Pleas Courthouse in Cape Girardeau. Seesing, a Boy Scout with Troop 16, was replacing the table along with the benches around the fountain as part of his Eagle Scout service project. Seesing was helped by his father Mark Seesing, mother Lizz Seesing, who gave him the idea, girlfriend Haley Braswell and fellow scouts Alec and Ethan Hutson, Nick and Ben Pfau, Michael Nelson and Alex Johnson.
