Rhett Hendrickson Speaks to local IAAP Chapter

Rhett Hendrickson

Rhett Hendrickson of Hendrickson Business Advisors, shared his expertise with Girardot Chapter of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) June 18, 2013.

Mr. Hendrickson discussed handling mistakes and how to take corrective action, which can be a difficult process. Through constructive feedback and the correct approach, people can move from resistance to relating to their mistakes. He explained that during times of change and conflict, leaders can maintain the dignity of others so that people can change and grow; accepting new ideas and coaching willingly, if they feel their ideas and opinions are considered.

Rhett is an internationally certified trainer for Dale Carnegie Training™ in both the core Dale Carnegie Course and in High Impact Presentations -- garnering consistent participant evaluation scores above the 95th percentile. He has trained employees for a wide variety of companies including Procter and Gamble; Nestle Purina; US Bank, URS Corporation; Kerber, Eck, and Braeckel; Do It Best; IBM and many more.

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is an organization for any administrative professional that is seeking professional growth.
