Cindi Norris and Doug and Lee Ann Norris of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Norris, to Christopher Salmon. He is the son of Jeri and Clyde Wallis of Holland, Texas, and Dr. Paul and Denise Salmon of Cape Girardeau.
