Mo. House tries to outlaw federal gun laws

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri House on Wednesday passed legislation that would make it a felony for U.S. authorities to enforce federal firearm laws in Missouri, despite concerns the measure likely is unconstitutional.
