PCMS fifth graders study moon

Fifth graders in Mrs. Robyn Valleroy's class at Perry County Middle School recently completed a unit on the phases of the moon. Their lessons included creating charts showing the phases of the moon, which they created by coloring paper plates. Students demonstrated their proficiency in the subject by reciting the entire lunar cycle and providing a description of each They also learned moon facts, including how the moon's gravitational force affects sea tides.
