The 13th annual Children's Arts Festival will feature work from 21 area schools through Feb. 23.

"Winter Wonderland" will showcase the artwork of Cape Christian School students grades K-2, students of Cateye Glasses Studio and Sierra Russow of Cape Girardeau.

Bilderbach Art Plaza

Music by Gary Schmidt Jr., and special Valentine's drinks from Dockside will be served. The plaza will show art in the front window gallery from WESTRAY, Gallery of Inspiration, Mozaic Art Studio, The Painted Wren Art Gallery and Red Barn Design Works.
