Countries warn citizens to leave Benghazi

LONDON -- Britain, Germany and the Netherlands urged their citizens to leave the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi on Thursday, warning of an imminent threat against Westerners days after a deadly hostage crisis in neighboring Algeria.
