Midwest bankers survey suggests continued growth

OMAHA, Neb. -- Growth in farmland prices, cash rents and farm equipment sales remain strong despite the continuing threat of drought in some Midwestern and northern Plains states, according to a new survey of rural bankers released Thursday.
