CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Renee Suzanne Kertz, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Aaron E. Smith, 55, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Maggie Lee Bell, 47, 1223 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Alan S. Harden, 54, 1223 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest.

* Albert L. Bell, 43, 315 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and failure to comply with the direction of a police officer.

* Cheryl Lynn Deberry, 44, 8 Village Drive., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway juvenile.

Summonses

* Remontoe L. Brown, no age given, 1929 Delwin St., was issued a summons for following too close and no insurance.

* Megan C. Cidlik, 21, 1410 Mississippi St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of a TV were reported at 103 S. Park Ave.

* Burglary, damage to a door and the theft of a TV were reported at 41 East Rodney Drive.

* Burglary and damage to door jam and door were reported at 127 S. Hanover St.

* Burglary and the theft of a TV, shotgun and assorted jewelry were reported at 1413 Brookshire Drive.

* Burglary and the theft of two TVs, a PlayStation and Dre audio beats were reported at 445 S. Spring Ave.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported at 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway, reported theft.

* A microwave, recliner and box spring set were reported stolen at 720 Watkins Drive.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of order of protection was reported.

* Invasion of privacy was reported.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* Mentally ill detention was reported.
